Welcome to The Lost Palace.
A new interactive experience in the heart of London.
Explore Europe's largest palace 300 years after it burnt to the ground. Hear, touch and feel the past using new immersive technology.
Beginning at Banqueting House, the only surviving building of Whitehall Palace, visitors will take to the streets of modern day Whitehall. Bespoke handheld devices, binaural 3D sound and haptic technology guide visitors on a digital adventure to discover a hidden history.
Please note: The Lost Palace takes place mostly outdoors, please be prepared for the weather conditions. It is an active experience and will require you to be on your feet for most of its duration - and require walking around one mile. Some surfaces are uneven, including cobbles and grass. Tickets are valid for the stated start time only, no latecomers permitted. Please arrive up to 15 minutes before stated start time. Visitors to The Lost Palace will wear headphones for the duration. Daytime experience suitable for children age 7+. Evening experience for age 16+ only.
